In order to begin the loan application process, we'll need you to provide the following:

• Business history and/or business plan
• Copies of the last two years of federal income tax returns for the business, including all schedules
• Current interim business financial statement
• Business loan information sheet
• Complete personal financial statement
  
• Copies of the past two years of personal federal income tax returns, including all schedules
• $150/$250 application fee; contingent to loan request amount
• Collateral and personal guaranties
• Last 2-3 years FYE Business Financial Statements (i.e. Balance Sheet & Income Statements)

Depending on the type of application, additional information may be requested. Also, business headquarters or collateral must be located within Vantage's field of membership.
